I joined Dynamic right after my post-graduation. One thing that impresses me the most is the attitude of all the employees at Dynamic. I always get to see a sense of company loyalty in most members of the team, mixed with a bonafide job satisfaction. Another great thing about working at Dynamic is that a "typical day' is never typical, there is always something challenging happening and every day is filled with new learning opportunities.
I started my journey with Dynamic as an Admin, from an Admin to a General Manager today, I have achieved several professional milestones along with a wide spectrum of learning opportunities. I am most inspired by my amiable colleagues and supportive management. I could say, I am one of those lucky employee who have witness the growth of the company while growing with it.
I have been a member of the Dynamic firm for 11 years now, and I can confidently say that I feel empowered by the invaluable experiences I've gained with the company. Throughout my tenure, I have actively participated in numerous training sessions and seminars, which have significantly enhanced both my functional expertise and behavioural skills, thereby positively impacting our organization. Being a Chemist, I have diverse experience of 30 years and have got a chance to work and explore my skills in Chemical industries. Working with Dynamic Industries, it gives me an immense pleasure and satisfaction, the organisations provides a dynamic platform to learn and develop new skills and enhance my career in project, planning and management field.
